Place Review: BuildBox3

BuildBox3I am not a huge fan of building games, and I don't think they are a huge amount very good. Now BuildBox is a very weird building game. It's not a bad game; the fact that it includes Data Persistence unlike games with building 'baseplates' do. BuildBox is an entirely different type of building game; although it seems extremely simple, it can be pretty fun sometimes.

First of all, this game does feature classic building tools, which allows you to re-live life in the past on ROBLOX. I think this was a great choice of tools because it shows you what ROBLOX was like before they added a stamper; it allows you to re-live it if you were on ROBLOX in that time.

In this game, you spawn in your own area; you get a sort-of vending machine which dispenses parts, like Spheres and Quadrilaterals of such. You have the ability to resize and move and a lot more. This game features Data Persistence of which I predict is very likely to only save in your own area. The Data Persistence allows you to own three different saves, and load one at a time. This is a nice and persistent feature.

The scripting on this game is nice, it's not amazing; the best part is probably the data saving. It's a smooth; simple game. It could have some work done on it, including rather than many tools have one tool controlling the rest. And this game really needs to have a CFraming ability.

Building: 5/10
You build it yourself!!

Scripting: 6/10
Nice saving.

Overall: 5.5/10
Very nice game.

Thanks for reading.
